Ordered the wrong model, color or size? You would like to return your order. We think that’s a shame! If we can advise you on the right size or the right product, please let us know! Free returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of your package. Return after these 14 days? Then the costs are on your own account.
Return conditions
You can return your order under a number of conditions. You can return it free of charge within 14 days of receipt of your package. Sending back after these 14 days? The costs are then for your own account. Your items must be returned in the original packaging. In addition, the product and the packaging of the product (original box) must be undamaged and therefore in good condition. In addition, the items must not be dirty, damaged or worn. If this is not the case, then unfortunately we cannot process and reimburse your return package.
You cannot exchange items with us. So you will have to place a new order.
How do I return my order?

3. Then follow the steps and you can register your items for return
4. Always add the packing slip. Then add it to the box. This contains information that we need to process the return shipment.
Processing your return
Did you receive your return package at a DHL or Postnl service point? It may take a little longer before we receive your package back in our distribution center. Every return shipment received is checked. If your order meets the correct requirements, you will receive the money back from the purchase. The amount will be refunded to the account with which it was paid. Have you ordered shoes with insoles or shoe polish and are you only returning the shoes. We are then forced to charge the shipping costs of € 3.95.
