Shipping and payment
Delivery time: 1 – 3 days. Please note, this only applies to the Benelux. If your order value is € 100 or higher, you will also not pay any shipping costs! For orders from Italy, Spain, France and Austria, the delivery time is 2-3 working days and the shipping and return costs are of your own account. It often happens that orders in Germany are also delivered the next day. We ship your package the same day, only it is the delivery service that can take a little longer.
Shipping via a delivery service
We work together with Sendcloud. We offer various delivery services that you can choose yourself. They ensure that your package is sent correctly. You will receive an email when you have placed an order with confirmation. Once the package is prepared by our logistics staff, you will receive an email with the track and trace code. You are able to track the package yourself. If you have a question about the shipment of your order, please feel free to contact us. Make sure you have the order number of your order at hand.
Shipping within Europe
The shipping costs depend on which country you place an order from. For orders from € 100 in the Benelux and Germany, no shipping costs will be charged. Shipping costs are charged for shipments to France, Denmark, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Sweden.
Returns within Europe
If you want to return your order, no return costs will be charged in the Benelux and Germany. See the condition for the return here. The costs for returning from France, Denmark, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Sweden are on your own account.
